Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage foxing at the edges of the cover 1 inch of spine splitting it is a bit dirty dusty or musty as to be expected from an item that is more than 50 years old and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
