This is a Buffington rear sight for a Springfield trapdoor 45/70 CARBINE. It is complete with mounting screws. The Markings are nice and clear. It is marked with a \"C\" for carbine. The windage works in both right and left directions. The elevation is smooth and locks in place. There are some very minor dings and scratches that are to be expected from a sight this old. Overall this is a very nice sight for either shooter or collector.
