The estimated release date is exactly what it means; it is an estimation of when we will receive the product and have it available to ship to you. This estimation may vary from time to time and will affect when we ship items to you.
We receive our shipments on a bi-weekly basis. Sometimes release dates fall between our ship dates. Delays may occur. If you have any questions about your order, as always, message us. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond.
Shipping labels for presales are printed on or after the end date for initial orders, unless in the case of FOC purchases that fall after initial order end date whereby shipping labels will be printed the week the order is made. This does not mean that the order has shipped.
Damaged items upon shipment to us will also affect your ship date.
The final order cutoff date (FOC date) is listed in the description.
All orders must be placed before the FOC date. Those that do not make the date will not receive the item.
Furthermore, for those that watch items, if there is not enough demand for the item, some items will be pulled down on or before the FOC date.
Mixing of presale and in-stock items will not ship until all items are available. For example, if you purchase an in-stock item today and a presale item that will not be available for another 30 days, your entire order will ship when the presale item is available to us.
Combined Orders
We will do our best to combine the shipping on all your orders. However, if we have already shipped an order you placed, we will not be able to combine shipping once the original order has shipped. This situation works out in your favor for presale items, as placing several orders on different dates is possible. Still, we have a single shipping date once we have all items available.
Will will typically ship all orders for a given month. For example, if you place more than one order and all items become available in a particular month, we will combine and ship those items to you.
Again, we will do our best to combine shipping on all orders. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COMBINED SHIPPING.
