THIS IS A VERY EARLY SHEAFFER #31 CHASED BLACK HARD RUBBER LEVER FILL SELF FILLING FOUNTAIN PEN WITH EARLY SHEAFFER IMPRINT. COLOR IS 95% AND CHASEING AND IMPRINTS ARE BOLD. CAP HAS NICE WIDE GOLD FILLED CAP BAND NO INITIALS. EXTRA FINE POINT VERY FLEXIBLE #2 SELF FILLING NIB. IMPRESSIVE CONDITION FOR THIS EARLY SHEAFFER. FULLY RESTORED.
