The oldest know brand of beer in Japan. It is still the top selling Asian beer in the United States. Now the owners of Sleeman Breweries as well since 2006. An American style premium lager. 4.9%ABV. After a few tall tin cans you may think you can speak a little Japanese. Koneecheewa! Taps are listed as used. They both remain in excellent condition. Chopsticks are very clean with no signs of use but there is a small mark on top of sushi (tap is older) and a blemish on one of the yellow stars that almost looks on purpose. A pair of official Japanese chopsticks sealed in a tomb of semi clear resin that is supposed to resemble a tall glass of beer. I You can see the textured surface and bubbles at the top with the flagship gold star and crest of grains on each side. Sapporo in bold black letters lies just beneath the surface. The sushi roll shows the ingredients all rolled up with steamed white rice and a fresh dried seaweed wrap. You can see the scallions and rice with the spicy red sauce filling comprised of fresh yellowfin ahi tuna. They make a great pair!! But may be separated if asked. Taps have internal 3/8 threads as seen. A limited few of each have been seen. Both quite heavy and well made. 2 great collectibles never before seen together. They stand 8-1/2 and 10-1/2 inches tall. Tap has been turned and rotated so that all sides are shown. Please look carefully at all the photos. I try to take the best pictures from many angles so you can judge for yourself.
