For 14 days in 1976, Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s RUNNING FENCE spanned 24.5 miles in California.

These art cards depict this project by Christo and Jeanne-Claude – one among many of theirfabulous temporaryworks of art.Their art goes beyond traditional painting and sculpture.They were both born on June 13, 1935 – Christo in Bulgaria and Jeanne-Claude in Casablanca.The met in Paris and became partners in life and began their collaboration creating epic projects. They lived In New York City.Jeanne-Claude died in 2009 and Christo in 2020.The card is either signed by Christo or both Christo and Jeanne-Claude as shown.
