This original CDV is from a large collection album which belonged to a member of the Greek royal family.
A rare CDV in Cyrilic and back with Imperial double headed eagle of the Russian Empire and photography studio G. Deniere.Writings in pencil in the back, stating that this is Grand duke Michel son of Nikolas I. The photo on cdv is an original of the time, in a very good condition, was in an album that belonged to Princess Elena Vladirovna of Greece , wife of Prince Nicholas of Greece and Denmark and was well kept all these years.
No smell no tears no scratches and to be sold as is.listed here -below-a pix of Grand Duc with a hat is-from another source..
