Limit one policy.... At the Notorious Comic Shop we serve fansfirst as stated above. This is why we have a limit one copy per customer policyon every item that has not yet been released. (This policy is ONLY ENFORCED ifthere are distributor issues such as allocation, shortages, or damages.) If youorder more than one copy of any comic that has yet to be released we reservethe right to reduce your order to a quantity of one to better serve everyoneunder challenging circumstances.

SHIPPING / ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of purchase dateMonday-Friday as long as…

· Your purchaseincludes more than one comic and all items in your order have been released.Release dates can be found at the end of the items title. If your orderincludes items that have not yet been released your order will be processedwithin 48 hours of all items in your order being released.Because wespecialize in combining large subscription orders on a weekly, bi-weekly, ormonthly basis we only process single comic orders once per week on Thursday.This is the one exception to our above 48-hour shipping policy.

We make new comics available for purchase 30 days in advance oftheir release every Tuesday. This allows you to combine purchases acrossmultiple weeks. For this reason, the estimated delivery date that isadvertising may be inaccurate.

Per policy, all pre-ordered items will be processed within 30days of the purchase date. However, most orders will be processed much sooneras explained in the above shipping rule we advertise. Tracking will always beuploaded to once your order has been processed.

PACKAGING

Below we have included all of the packaging methods that will beused to complete your order. After more than 10 years as an online comic bookretailer we have found that these methods are effective more than 99% of thetime. Damaged merchandise and customer satisfaction is something that we takevery seriously and track extensively.

Individual bags and boards are not included with your order. Ifyou wish to purchase bags and boards they are available for sale in our storein the supplies category. To receive free bags and boards with your ordersimply qualify for our free shipping promotion and we will add free individualbags and boards to your order. All orders will ship via economy shippingservices.

Packaging methods for 1 comic.

Comic ships bagged in a manila envelope sandwiched between onepiece of cardboard and a comic backing board. Package will be stamped Do NotBend in red on both sides and labeled Fragile.

Packaging methods for 2 comics.

Comics ship bagged together, sandwiched between two pieces ofcardboard. Comics are then placed in a Uline stay flat mailer. Package will bestamped Do Not Bend in red and labeled Fragile.

Packaging methods for 3-19 comics.

Comics ship bagged together 3 to 5 comics per bag. Comics are thenwrapped in packing paper and secured inside of a Uline quarter fold cardboardmailer so comics do not shift in transit. Package will be stamped Fragile inred.

Packaging methods for 20+ comics.

Comics ship bagged together 3 to 5 comics per bag. Comics are thenwrapped in packing paper with additional packing paper padding the comicsinside of a 50 lb Uline crush test box. Package will be stamped Fragile in red.

Need to cancel or change an order? We can only guaranteecancellation of your order IF we receive an OFFICIAL cancellation requestwithin \'s time frame for cancelling orders. If you are outside of that timeframe please send us an e-mail. If we can cancel your order prior to processingwe will. If you wish to add something to an order, remove something from anorder, or combine separate orders we will be forced to cancel the transactionand ask you to repurchase the merchandise as desired.
