This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Very Nice Royal Doulton Collector Dinner Plate. This features Roger Solem who is the town cobbler looking at a townsman showing him the open shoe on his foot. There are a few people gathered around along with dogs and a cat. This was made from 1926.
This measures 10 1/2\" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Collector plate.
