This jug was issued to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the English Civil War in 1642. Designed by William K. Harper and issued in 1992 in a limited edition of 2500 pieces, this is number 1967. This jug is rare and unique in that it is the first, three handled character jug produced by Royal Doulton. The handle details features Queen Henrietta on Charles\'s right and Oliver Cromwell on the left. The third handle is in the back and formed by the plume in the King\'s hat. The base features the Royal Doulton mark, designer signature, piece number artist monogram. 7 inches tall. Excellent, as new condition, complete with Certificate of Authenticity.
