This is a Royal Doulton Character Jug featuring King Henry VIII\'s fifth wife, Catherine Howard . It is a large ceramic jug with a multicolor glazed finish and a height of about 7 inches. It weighs 2 lbs. The jug is hand-painted and is part of the Henry VIII and Six Wives Series. Production of the seriesbegan in 1975 and ended in 1989. This jug was produced from 1978-1989.
