Authentic surplus, not a reproduction or mock. These gas masks are fully function but should be bought only as a novelty. Genuine Military Surplus M74 gas mask with NATO 40mm filter & carry bag. Believed to be a licensed copy of the German M65 gas mask, this Romanian M74 military gas mask/respirator has all the BEST features from that Era. The entire face mask is constructed of chemically resistant neoprene rubber, with anintegrated speech diaphragm and a snug fit adjustable 6-point head-harness that keeps everything in place. The angled, oversized triangular eyepieces give the best field of vision among eastern bloc gas masks, which is complemented by the mask\'s oral-nasal cup and exhale valve.
