Rocky IV by Topps in 1986. Single Cards & Stickers $1.00 each plus discounts of up to 25%. All cards in ex/mint condition. Some cards are hard to find without having wax on them as in 1985 the packaging was such that the same number cards were almost always up against the wax seal. I have listed the waxed cards here free when you purchase a non wax card (in the pull down list) or sticker. You can select 2 waxed cards for every card or sticker purchased.
