Well, well, what have we here? Up for offer is this wonderful stoneware \"high jar\" or crock from Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Co, handpainted on facing sides with the image of a darling scarecrow. The base is stamped. The crock stands about 5\" tall, with an upper diameter of just under 4-3/4\". It is marked to hold 1 QT. It comes to you in excellent used condition, with light surface wear commensurate with age and display, but no discernible damage, like chips, fractures, or crazing. In terms of production issues, there is a thinnish spot of glaze along the rim--inconsequential! What a beautiful addition to your home décor!
