This listing is for a: Rare vintage Hornet 3/8" drive RatchetMade in USAWorks great.Measures 7-3/8 inches long.Weighs 10.5 oz.
It has a tri-wing reverse lever, and acrosscut diamond shape grip to the handle.One full rotation has 44 clicks.
It has a little bit of chrome loss on one side of the round head,and tiny dings to the handle grip.Hornet was a specialized line made by J.H. Williams company.
They are very hard to find, especially in 3/8" drive size(the 1/2 size were more common) and are very sought afterby Hornet collectors.
It is a clone of the Williams BB-71 model, or a chromed versionof the BB-56.
Last photo shows what was offered in the set, probably late 50'sor early 60's.
