RARE WWI Underwood Stereo Photo Card, GRAVE OF AIR FORCE LT. QUENTON ROOSEVELT DESCRIPTION:This is a rare early antique stereophoto card picture. Put out by Underwood. MADE TO BE USED WITH ANY STANDARD ANTIQUE STEREOPTICAN 3-D VIEWER. QUENTON WAS THE YOUNGEST OF PRESIDENT TEDDY ROOSEVELT. And like his father, no shrinking violet. He was in the Air Force, involved in aerial combat and dog fights, which ultimately led to him being shot down and killed. This is the stereo card of his grave near Reims, France. His brother died on Omaha Beach during the DDay invasion of france in WWII. Scans show all the details.Nice description image and view is on the reverse. Nice sepia tone, in excellent condition. Very clear and detailed image.
