Rare Vtg MARTIN LUTHER KING I HAVE A DREAM Brooch Poor Peoples Campaign 60s 70s:

OVERVIEW: Here’s a vintage c.1968-1970s brooch made of gold-plated metal. It depicts a mule wagon in a circular frame reading “I HAVE A DREAM”. The quote is a clear reference to Martin Luther King, Jr.’s famous speech and the mule wagon alludes to the mule train that kicked off King’s Poor People’s Campaign in 1968, just days before his assassination. I’m not sure for what occasion this brooch was produced but it is very cool and I could find another like it.
