Rare Vtg Blow Mold TRICK/TREAT Jack O Lantern Stick Light Halloween Double Sided. It is complete and in-tact. But it has issues with the light mechanism. The cap holding in the AA batteries is cracked, and when the batteries are installed the pressure on the cap pushed the cracked cap off. So it is incredibly difficult to get the light working. A cap replacement or repair should fix the issue and as shown in the picture it will light up with work.
