Beautiful vintage gold decorated ivory bowl Hand decorated
We believe Steiner Studios was the c.1930's-1940's operation of August W. Steiner, a German immigrant who first worked as an artist for Pickard China of Chicago (1911-1917) and then opened his own Chicago studio which he sold to Frank Yeschek (Yeschek Inc; later d/b/a Ceramic Artcraft Studios) in 1928. We believe that Mr. Steiner then took his talent and entrepreneurial spirit to Los Angeles where he created and marketed fine hand decorated ceramics and dinnerware Great condition!
