Princess Borghese was one of the first with a cosmetic line that included skin care products which this vessel may have held.
The lounging figure on the vase is in the image of Pauline Bonaparte, Napoleon\'ssister, sculpted by Antonio Canova and housed in the Galleria Borghese museum. I\'ve included a picture of the Princess next to the sculpture.
