Here’s a Rare Vintage MAURO MARIO Manual Picklock Folding-Blade Pocket Knife, Made in Italy, Circa Early-1960s. Features a Stainless-Steel Bayonet Blade with Nail Groove, and a Handle with Genuine Buffalo Horn Scales, Nickel-Silver Bolsters, Brass Pins & Liners and a sturdy Steel Picklock Back-Spring to lock & unlock the blade. Measures 8-3/4” overall length. The finger-guard ears are fully-lined. Blade has “MAURO” over “MARIO” over “MADE IN ITALY” stamped on the tang. This knife has been handled & used, and appears to be in VERY-GOOD CONDITION overall.The blade has been sharpened with deep grind marks and some metal loss, swings open smoothly with good snap and locks-up with a small amount of mov’t in both directions, closes straight & deep inside the liners. The handle’s Genuine Buffalo Horn Scales look gorgeous and remainchip & crack-free, the Nickel-Silver Bolsters are ding & scuff free and the liners are straight with no gaps along the backspring and only minor surface patina. Comesas shown, no original packaging or paperwork like most real Italians. Please feel free to ask questions before offerding/buying.
