Rare Vintage Indiana University Stoneware Beer Stein w/ Lid:

A rare vintage University of Indiana stoneware beer tankard with a pewter lid. The .5 liter stein bears the seal of the University. It was made by Kamp & Ferdinand, a West German pottery maker that operated after World War II until the early 1990's. The stein bears the company's mark on a partial sticker on the bottom, and stamped into the clay on the side near the top of the handle.
Approximate dimensions:- Height: 6" (including lid)
- Width at mouth: 3-1/8"
- Width at base: 3-7/8"
- Weight: 1lb 11oz
Excellent pre-owned condition with no blemishes.The graphics are crisp and bright. (See photos.)
