Rare vintage De Carlini hand blown amber glass ornament. I believe this to be a very early piece as I cannot find one that has all of the same characteristics.

She has hair and is holding a banner with Italian writing.

Translated in English: Peace to Men of Good Will

She has cardboard gold foil wings and gold glitter. She has lost a little glitter on the stars of her dress. But overall she is in excellent condition considering her age.
