Antique Vintage Clown Crepe Paper & Wood Blow Horn Noise Maker ~ MADE IN JAPAN ~ Snake chasing Mouse on roll out piece
Has age discoloration, some small tears/curls/bending on some of the edges of the crepe paper. The roll out part does not roll out when you blow into it. Possibly because there is a tear in the paper but the wire is still there holding it together (photo 8 &9). When you blow in the wooden horn end it does make the whistle noise.
The roll out piece is marked MADE IN JAPAN and has a snake and a mouse.
