It is golden in color and has 6 working jingle bells at the top; sorta like a handle. It is 3.75\" wide and 2-7/8\" tall from bells to bottom. Made by Coty it is a book piece you can see in Laura Mueller\'s book \"Collectors Encyclopedia of Compacts...\"; identical to one owned by Marlene Dietrich.
The mirror has issues and every other one I have seen also have the same problem, so it must be a manufacture problem. It has been used, but still has original puffs. Very nice collectible.
