According to what the holder says and the person I bought it from,  it's handmade, from Bolivia.

A guy named, Homer Firestone, gave it as a gift.

From what I've seen,  he may have been a missionary in Bolivia, but was from the United States.

Spoon and Holder are in good , used vintage, condition.

There aren't any markings on spoon.
