The Hampden Residential Club, Phoenix Street London N.W. Prospectus, Tariff & Rules 1905 - With "Opinion of the late Viscount Hampden (Formerly Speaker of the House of Commons)" and "Extract from The Queen by The Late Sir Walter Besant"This fascinating and very rare little booklet has survivedin very good antique condition, with just some light marks and staining to the cover, as can clearly be seen in the photographs. There is also some rusting to the staples but they are still sound.
All pages are shown in the pictures which include illustrations of Hampden House, The Tennis Court, The Saloon, Dining Room, The Gymnasium, Bedrooms, The Reading Room, The Billiard Room, Entrance Hall and Corridors, The Masonic Temple, and a central Map of London Showing The Situation of Hampden House.
The booklet measures 14 x 11cm.Please study photographs carefully for full details of condition.
