New/Unused Russian Military Surplus EMR / EMP / RUSPAT / Digital Flora Camo VDV / Paratrooper Padded Cap / Hat, One-size-fits-most but they\'ll fit men\'s small to medium best, (it\'s doable but a bit tight on my size large head). Markings read \"FTL\" and \"Made in Russia by order of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation\". Made of a water-resistant nylon type material. The Russian markings on cap you will receive will be much more clear than example shown in photos.
