Up for sale is a rare originalcartoon drawing from long time Baltimore Sun illustrator, John Stees. The cartoon is not dated and measures approximately 9\" X 11\". Mr. Stees (Baltimore 1910-1982) was a well known artist / cartoonistfor the Baltimore Sun Newspaper from 1936-1979.He also was a cartoonist and artist for both The Sunday Sun and The Evening Sun. Even after he retired from the Sun in 1979 his strip \"Stees Sees\" continued appearing until his death in 1982. The drawing is in good condition with some wear, tear and very slight stainingdue to age. It has some writing in pencil in upper left cornerand bottom center of drawing.It is numbered in pencil on the rightside along the edge. All of this is shown in photos.
