Beautiful mid-century ashtray by Sascha Brastoff produced between 1953-1962. The ashtray features a multicolored turquoise pattern with geometric designs in gold and browns on a cream crackle ground. Band is signed Sascha B in gold, base is stamped with theGolden Rooster above Sascha Brastoff, California USA and painted "FG(6)A".Measures 10 1/4" long x 7 3/4" wide x 1" high and is in Mint to near mint condition free of nicks, fleabites with little wear, small scuff on edge as shown.
