Rare Large Magnificent Cybis Arctic Fox Sculpted by Chuck Oldham Limited to 100 copies. Excellent Condition Marked #59 1983 Size 15” x 14” x 19.5” It does have a custom wood base if wanted making the overall height 21” It weighs over 16 pounds with base- see last picture.
Arctic Fox created by Chuck Oldham for Cybis Porcelains. Two lemmings apear at the base. The sculpture depicts how the fox “pops” out of the snow to ambush prey.

[The magnificent Arctic Fox, about to dine on some surprised lemmings, stands almost 20” tall and was a limited edition of only 100 sculptures in 1980, introduced at $4500, and completed in 1983. Sculpted by Charles Oldham.]
Master Sculptor Chuck Oldham very tragically passed away in May 2014 from a long illness. He was only 64 years old.
