In good vintage condition - no cracks in the plastic

Some smudges and scratches in the plastic

I can get this to open by turning to #30 - and then it locks with any other number

There is a thingy that came out when I opened it - see picture

Hopefully someone out there - handier than me - can make this work more properly and knows where the thingy goes!!

Otherwise it is a great shelf sitting collectible!
