For CD\'s & Tapes, we place your item in a waterproof polybag, and then wrap in strong cardboard to protect the cases from damage. If the item is higher end, it will get additionalcare either in a box and or additional bubble wrap. We WILL NOT ship your item loose in a bubble mailer like 99% of sellers (especially the bigger ones). Buy in confidence knowing your cases and item will be well protected! With CD cases, we try to replace any damaged ones, but sometimes we cannot such as SUPER JEWEL CASES, SOME DOUBLE CD CASES and J-Tray SLIM CASES. Normal Jewel Cases we try to fully replace if any damages (but some may get through the cracks :) For Vinyl, it\'s placed in a waterproof polybag in a Vinyl Mailer box with bubble wrap and extra cardboard protection if needed.
For Household items, Sports Cards, Toys, and Misc. the same extra treatment is given. Whether your purchase is $5 or $500, you receive the same extra mile packaging and attention.
