The person from whom I purchased this knife told me that he had never used it, and I believe him; it still has the unaltered factory edge. He did keep it sheathed however, so there is mild patina (or verdigris) on guard, and corresponding marks on leather. Otherwise it is like new. Original sheath w/ paracord.
