Handle Material: Black Micarta,\"Finger Grip\" Shape. Drilled and lined lanyard hole in pommel. Nickel Silver Curved Full Guard.

Blade Length:7 1/2\'\'. This is not the typical grind culminating in a clip point seen on the standard Model 14. This is a unique custom Randall Model 14 with a Model 18 style drop point blade.

Overall Length: 12\'\'

Markings:Stamped on lower left side of blade is the maker, \"RANDALL MADE / ORLANDO, FLA.\", along with \"S\" for Stainless Steel.Marked on upper front of sheath is the maker, \"RANDALL MADE / KNIVES / ORLANDO, FLA.\". Stamped on sheath buttons is \"RANDALL MADE\".

Condition: This knife is in Very Good Plus Condition. The blade has not been refinished, the blade edge is sharp including the top edge, with no chips, and the tip comes to a sharp point. No verdigris stain on guard. Black micarta handle is solid with no cracking or damage. Sheath is in Very Good Condition, stitching is tight, securing snap is solid. Randall Made Knives History:In the late 1930s, so the legend goes, W.D. \"Bo\" Randall, an orange grower, was vacationing in western Michigan, the stomping ground of the renowned knife maker William Scagel. One day, Randall saw a man industriously scraping paint from his boat with a remarkable looking knife; a knife that proved to be a Scagel. The fellow could not be persuaded to part with it, and Randall therefore determined to try his hand at making one like it. Over 75 years and 200,000 Randall knives later, Randall is one of the best known knife makers of all time. Randalls truly became legendary in the hands of American fighting men in WW2 and Vietnam. Soldiers and sportsmen have carried Randall knives to every corner of the globe, and even into space. Due to the meticulous handcrafting process and the high demand for Randall knives, customers often have to wait several months or even years to receive their orders.
