Rocket’s Blast Comic Collector #133. First Printing Published in 1977. Legendary fanzine features a Frank Brunner front cover and a Mike Zeck back cover that features Thanos and Drax the Destroyer. As with every RBCC, issue features a TON of material inside including a 10 page The Pertwillaby Papers by Don Rosa. Artist profile on Stephen Fabian, Don Rosa’s Information Center, an interview with legendary Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist Jeff MacNelly, The Theory of Comics, a Tom Sutton Captain America & The Hulk centerfold, a preview with full page art from Frank Brunner’s art book ‘The Brunner Mystique’, The Keyhole, The Critique which rates other books and fanzines, plus tons more including tons of vintage advertisements for books, portfolios, cards, movie posters and so much more.Issue will ship bagged, boarded and placed between two pieces of cardboard. I have collected comics for more than 35 years and worked weekends at a local shop for a few years, often packaging, sending and receiving books from CGC. I am a fair and knowledgeable grader but have been warned by long time comic shop owners and collectors to not attach grades to my items because it is sure to ensue in debates about condition and haggling over discounts/partial refunds.
