I would describe this action figure as new in box just because it looks like the box has been opened and then resealed with tape. I say it’s new still because the action figure still has the ties fastening it in the box and seems to have never left the box.
On the box itself it does have some wear showing such as a crack in the plastic cover as shown in images. The cardboard part of the box seems to be in really great condition!
