Vintage Sowerby pink glass Pandora's Box covered jar Art Deco from the 1930s. This item is made of clear and frosted panels. Each side of the jar depicts a female (Pandora) in relief. The detailing is fabulous and shows Pandora kneeling in contemplation as if she is about to "Open Pandora's Box" as described in the classical Greek myth.
This jar has a multitude of uses. One could use it to store a variety of items, to display flowers (as featured in the photos), or just as decorative decor.
