RARE Vintage Keen Kutter Smooth Bottom \"K No. 4 K\" Plane:

For Keen Kutter Fans this is a rare sight. As you can see it has a piece broken off the body in the front. Has a thick blade, sharp and is a good cutter. Rear Tote (handle) has been repaired with a sunken dowel and glued (see photo). Front Knob is very good. Has a chip on the body front. Lever cap is very good. This plane can be used. *I tuned it up, blade is sharp. The bottom is nice and flat, no honing necessary. The parts are hard to find (as you know). Use as is or for parts. I took a lot of photos so you will know what you are getting.

*In the photos shown, the wood being cut is hard pine.

The plane is a very rare example. Parts of the plane will beremoved for safe shipping. You will need a screwdriver to reassemble. I put inlots of photos so you will know what you\'re buying. Message if you havequestions.
