Very RARE Vintage 1914 CHRISTY Knife Co. MetalDouble Dasher \"Attachment\" ONLYfor the unusual Clamp-onTable Mount Mixer that is NOT Included in this listing, but is shown in the photos.(See identification of it in the portions of pages 50-51 of Don Thornton\'s 1999 book \"The Eggbeater Chronicles\").The Mixer in the photos is NOT Included-onlythe double dasher beater attachment. This elusive beater goes in 2 directions, there is a hole with a bump on it where the 2 pieces hold together at the bottom of the mixer bowl as shown in the 4th photo.
This rarely found attachment was 1 of 2 interchangeable beaters. It measures 3\" wide x 8 1/2\" tall. In Excellent Shiny Vintage Condition, turns easily, with no dings or dents, only very minor visible wear due to usage.
