Vintage 1920s EAM Elgin ART DECO Powder / Rouge Compact With Wrist Chain~ Peach & Green Enamel ~ SUPER DECO! It measures appx. 2.75” x 2.25” with an 8.5” deco wrist chain. Open & closes with ease. The powder mechanism works great. The inside still has make up.
