I LOVE hold-to-light postcards because they are so rare and a great conversation piece. Hold-to-light postcards were popular in the early 1900s.

I’m delighted to see an artist employing this technique once again. However, Matthew Kirscht doesn’t make them often, so they are somewhat difficult to find.

Faint markings on back. I can’t tell if it’s erased pencil or shadow imprint.

Postcard will be sent in protective sleeve in rigid mailer AND insured.
