Description:Original cut-edge, embroidered wool felt WW2 1504th AAF Base Unit patch in good used condition, with virtually no moth damage. No glow under UV light. Measures 5.25 inches in diameter. This patch originally belonged to Sgt. H.J. Stolarczyk, HQ Squadron, IV Bomber Command. This patch is commonly identified as the 13th Ferry or Ferrying Squadron, which is how I originally described it, however I received very helpful info from a fellow collector about the correct ID.
