Rare 1855 Old Prentice Whisky advertising match safe holder. In very good original as found condition with wear normal from use & age. 2 3/8 x 2”

Old Prentice was one of the original distilleries in Anderson County, Kentucky. It is now 4-Roses.

This match safe is an advertisement for that whiskey. Both side of match safe are in good condition but show signs of being carried. It appears to have a red glass jewel at the closure?.
