SHELL INFORMATION
TYPE - Kings Crown Shell. AGE - Approximately 3 million years old, Pliocene era. LOCATION FOUND - Central Florida. COLOR - Beige, Blue , Brown, Violet. SIZE - 6. 1/2 inches.
This shell was recovered from a lake bed in Central Florida and is from the Tamiami Geological formation. Shells from this area have some incredible color combinations and are often referred to as * BONE VALLEY BLUES * by collectors. This shell is coated with a thin layer of high quality clear topcoat to preserve and restore some of the original colors.
