Rare. This ʻahu ʻula is made with around 2001 feathers, of the Chinese golden pheasant. The red and yellow feathers were reserved for the Royal families.It represents the many valleys on the islands, with the mo'o (lizard) tracks, in yellow and black, making it's way through the valley.It is mounted in an 11x14 inch shadow box frame. Handmade using traditional Hawaiian technique with modern materials.
