Also if you prefer another shipping method we can certainly discuss solid wood crate with collectible, vintage, very nice embossed black and natural wood lettering end piece stating: "Produce of USA, LAMBERT MARKETING CO. Min. Net Wt. 45 lbs., CALIFORNIA."
4 Legs have been added with wood bracings. Crate itself if approx. 8 3/4" high x 20" long x 12" deep, and with legs is approx. 13" high.
It is difficult to tell if the structure of the crate has also been re-manned or if some of the wood replaced at some point or if original wood. I cannot say, but the end piece with the embossed printing certainly appears genuine.
