RARE Antique English Early Celluloid Hand Painted Boxed Christmas Card Dated 1889A rare find. An early pierced celluloid fan shaped Christmas Card dated 1889. Found in its original although battered original box. Beautifully hand painted with lily of the valley and I think forget-me-not. Pierced celluloid in a fan shield shape, two pale pink silk tassels - signed to the bottom J M Porter Xmas 1889. In excellent antique condition.
