Very Good Condition with age-appropriate silver tarnish and average signs of use and wear. This is a very rare 1st run of Sterling Silver Challenge coins made for the U.S. Army Special Forces by the individual units internally. This is the first I\'ve seen of these originals (I saw a 7th SFG a few years ago) in over a decade. The original owners initials are engraved on the scroll. This piece is guaranteed authentic, and as described for the lifetime of your ownership. I believe these were made in 1973 or 1974, but am not 100% sure - I\'m just basing that off when I know 7th SFG made their first run coins.
