Up for Consideration is an Interesting 17th Century (1690-1710) German, European Colichemarde Blade Rapier Sword with Cutlass Style Guard!

This Interesting late 17th C. German Rapier Sword with Etched Colichemarde Blade and Unusual Cutlass Style Guard. (1690-1710).

Total length (inside scabbard if present) : 36", Blade length : 31".

Faint etching on either side of the blade. (Note images)

Condition is wonderful for its age. Dark untouched patina.

A Beautiful example of an Early Rapier Sword which had previously been on display in a Private Museum in Worcester, Massachusetts.
